This course is available for all adults from a non-English speaking background,
including those visiting Australia on tourist or working holiday visas.

Length: 10 weeks

Admission Requirements:

Some basic conversational skills in English would be helpful
Two character references

About the Course:
The course covers:

Speaking and listening (how to listen and participate in conversations - formal, groups, informal, public); and
Reading and writing.

Fees
(All amounts are in Australian dollars)

Tuition:	$200 per student per week ($2,000 for the full course)
Rent: Single student Couples / Families	$85 per week + utilities $130 - $150 per week + utilities
Utilities: (electricity, gas, water) Single student Married couples Children	$20 per week $30 per week $5 per week
Rental bond:	4 weeks rent (refundable at the end of the course, less payment for any damage, cleaning or lost keys)

Food:
Students have the option of buying their own food or using the service provided by the College.
If students wish to use the College service, the fees are:

    Single student
    Married couples
    Children

$50 per week
$90 per week
$15 to $30 per week depending on the child's age

Other costs:

Transport for shopping, meeting planes, trains and buses
Tahlee Pre-School for children 3 - 5 years old	$50 per week
English tuition for children, 2 hours per week	$30 per hour, payment to be divided by the number of children using this service

For overseas students:

Medical insurance is recommended
Fees for Government school It is recommended that accompanying school aged children be enrolled in school while in Australia Application fee: Kindergarten - Year 10: Year 11 and 12:	$110 $4,500 per year $5,500 per year
